About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Notice draft Statement of Work for Municipal Market Analytics Publications for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The SEC requires a license for up to 15 users to access five specific publications: The Municipal Advisor, Municipal Insight, Municipal Outlook, Municipal Strategist, and Default Trends. The required access includes current and archived issues via internet, email delivery, and the ability to consult with analysts.

The contract period runs from August 1, 2025, through July 31, 2026, with four optional 12-month extension periods. The SEC is conducting market research to determine if the acquisition can be set aside for small businesses and to develop an acquisition strategy. Potential vendors must submit a summary/cover letter, company information, product description, and price estimate by 12:00 PM ET on May 19, 2025, to Pleshette Brown via email. The agency prefers a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) subscription product and is not seeking a product requiring development.
