About this file
This document contains responses from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to questions regarding Sources Sought Notice 50310223Q0122 for a hybrid event management application or service. The SEC is conducting a pilot program to evaluate potential event management software and services for use by the Office of Human Resources. The responses indicate the SEC will leverage an existing Authorization to Operate from another federal agency and host the pilot event at an SEC office. Up to 500 attendees may participate virtually in real-time using the Webex platform, with recordings available later. The SEC staff will handle onsite needs and there is no cost for attendees. The purpose of the pilot is to assess solution functionality and long-term viability rather than provide specific event details.
