1. There seems to be a disconnect with the
Education/Experience Qualifications for the Senior Researcher (Master’s +6 years’ experience/Bachelor’s +8 years) and Researcher (Master’s +9 years’ experience/Bachelor’s +11 years). Should these requirements be reversed?
2. Several labor categories (Senior Sampling Statistician, Senior Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Survey Director) do not have a requirements substitution for staff with Bachelor’s degrees and significant years’ of experience. In keeping with the majority of the labor category substitutions provided, is it acceptable to assume that a Bachelor’s degree with an additional 2 years of experience would qualify for the position?
1.The requirement should be reversed. See updated Attachment B-2.
2. A Bachelor’s degree with an additional 2 years of experience would qualify for the positions where no Bachelor’s degree plus significant years’ experience substitution is identified. See revised Attachment B-2.
