About this file

This is an informational flyer from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Capital Programs outlining key compliance requirements for bidders. The document specifies two main compliance requirements: the Capital Programs Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012, which requires bidders to submit a Commonwealth Capital Programs Verification Form with their bid or prior to contract award, and Executive Order 2021-06 on Worker Protection and Investment, which requires bidders to certify compliance with Pennsylvania state labor and workforce safety laws through a certification form submission.

The document also includes a strict prohibition against posting any of the Department's Invitation to Bid documents on social media platforms (such as YouTube, Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram) or any other public web-based platforms.
