Is there a specific color or fabric type required for the tables/chairs being set up?

No specific fabric or specific color. Ideally, it’ll be white or neutral but not a requirement.

Does the venue need to be designated solely to the IRS on the dates requested or can other business/events be hosted as well?
Yes. The applicant processing room, interview room and selecting official room needs to be only IRS attendees. We want to ensure we provide an area to do interviews and selecting with as few amount of distractions around.
Is there any restricted area in New York City for the venue location?
No restricted area. SOW does state distances to and from local airport and downtown but besides that no restrictions.
Are there any additional equipment/supplies needed besides the tables, chairs, easels, and watering stations?
Visual and sound equipment. (microphone, projector, outlets, and extension cords).
Is it acceptable to have personnel present instead of the contractor during the business hours of 7am-7pm, during the days of the event?
That should be fine. As long as they are able to answer questions and guide IRS employees.
Under the scope of work section 3.1, does the sectioned off portion for the selecting officials need to be in the processing room, or just in a separate room specifically for them?
It can be sectioned off or in a separate room. The goal is to have selecting officials to make determination without a worry that the interviewees can hear their conversation,
For the Applicant Processing room, would 4824 sq ft be acceptable?
Yes
