About this file

This document is a Commercial Lodging Inspection Checklist that outlines the inspection criteria for evaluating hotel facilities near Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi. The checklist covers areas such as exterior appearance, security, fire safety, public health, and guest room amenities. It provides a detailed list of 56 yes/no questions that an inspection team would use to assess the suitability of a hotel for accommodating members of the 403rd Wing during Unit Training Assemblies. The inspection covers compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and other federal and local requirements. The checklist is referenced in the related federal contract opportunity, which is a solicitation to establish a multi-award Blanket Purchase Agreement for commercial lodging facilities within 25 miles of Keesler AFB to support the 403rd Wing's training needs.
