About this file

This Statement of Work outlines procurement requirements for the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, the largest unified trial court in the United States with over 4,500 employees across 38 locations. The Court seeks to procure fifty (50) DYMO LabelWriter 550 Desktop Label Printers and fifty (50) boxes of DYMO LabelWriter Return Address Labels (Model 2050766) to support departmental operations including asset tagging, mail processing, document identification, and workflow organization. The DYMO LabelWriter 550 printers feature direct thermal printing technology with automatic label recognition, print speeds up to 62 labels per minute, 300 dpi resolution, and USB connectivity. Each box of labels contains 500 labels per roll with 6 rolls per box (3,000 labels total) sized at 1 inch by 2 inches. All items must be new, genuine DYMO-manufactured products with no third-party substitutes accepted. Delivery must occur in one complete shipment to the LAC-Superior Court Warehouse at 270 W Duarte Rd, Suite A, Monrovia, California 91016, within the timeframe specified on the purchase order, with all shipments including packing lists, part numbers, and quantities.

Pricing must be all-inclusive except for applicable taxes, with quotes valid for 90 days. Vendors may respond to all or some line items; however, the Court may prefer to award the entire bid to a single vendor and is not bound to consider partial bids. The contractor must provide manufacturer documentation, warranty support, and serve as the point of contact for defective unit claims, with printers including the manufacturer's standard limited warranty typically lasting two years and labels guaranteed to be free from defects affecting print legibility, adhesive performance, or printer compatibility. By participating in the solicitation, vendors agree to accept all terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation documents. The bid contact is Mayra Carrillo, with the Issuing agency being the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles.
