About this file

This is a pricing attachment for a Request for Proposal issued by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement for RFP 548055, which seeks qualified respondents to provide technical and professional services for updating the City of Detroit's Non-Motorized Transportation Plan and Comprehensive Safety Action Plan. The project is grant-funded and has a contract term of two years. The RFP requests proposals organized into four distinct service categories: Project Management, Existing Conditions Review with Data Collection and Analysis, Community Engagement, and Plan Documents and Content Updates. Respondents are required to submit firm cost proposals for each of these service categories with a price not to exceed the total quoted amount.

The City of Detroit reserves the right to select proposals from the most responsible respondents offering the most reasonable costs. Attachment C serves as the formal pricing document where respondents must enter dollar amounts for each of the four service categories. The contract will be awarded as a fixed-fee arrangement based on the fees proposed for providing all requested services, with the total price not exceeding the amount quoted by the selected respondent. No additional pricing terms, set-asides, or funding source details are specified in this attachment.
