About this file

This document is a Measurement and Payment file detailing specific pricing and payment terms for a septic system installation project for the Skokomish Tribe. The document comprehensively outlines unit pricing and included services for multiple components such as 4" PVC sewer pipe installation, underground cleanouts, 1,200-gallon concrete septic tanks, pump tanks, effluent transport pipes, distribution boxes, and drainfield trenches.

The payment structure covers detailed compensation for each system component, including excavation, backfilling, compaction, pipe and fitting installations, connections, resurfacing, grading, and associated labor. Key elements include specific technical requirements like tank specifications (1,200-gallon or 1,250-gallon), pump characteristics (1/3 horsepower), pipe materials (PVC), and installation standards. The project is associated with the Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service and appears to be a replacement onsite sewage system (OSS) for the Bryan James (Skokomish) project, with solicitation number 75H70126Q00016.
