Vendors selecting Options 1 through 4 must demonstrate continuous maintenance of a physical business address within Broward County for at least one year preceding the bid posting date, proper zoning compliance, and operational capacity to perform the work from that location. Locally Based Business and Locally Based Subsidiary classifications require that less than or at least fifty percent of equity interests, respectively, be owned by entities with principal places of business outside Broward County.
