About this file

This is a formal Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Office of the Attorney General of Texas for the procurement of tactical apparel. The solicitation seeks qualified vendors to provide pricing and products that meet or exceed the reference brand and general specification requirements outlined in Attachment 2. Vendors are required to submit official quotes that include delivery schedules following receipt of order (ARO) and must complete the provided Pricing Sheet (BidTable) as part of their response. The document establishes specific product specifications and standards that bidders must adhere to when preparing their proposals.

The procurement process requires vendors to provide detailed pricing information aligned with the specifications and delivery requirements set forth in the solicitation documents. All responses must include the completed BidTable pricing sheet, which serves as a standardized format for bid evaluation. The document does not specify particular item quantities, response deadlines, award dates, or contract terms within the excerpted information provided, but these details would typically be found in the full solicitation package and related exhibits. Vendors should reference Attachment 2 and any additional exhibits for complete specification requirements and bid submission instructions.
