About this file

This is an Exhibit A pricing schedule for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation for asbestos-containing material (ACM), mold, and lead paint removal and disposal services. The scope of work encompasses multiple removal and disposal tasks including ceiling and wall materials removal (200 square feet estimated), pipe and fitting insulation removal (150 linear feet estimated), floor material and mastic removal (100 square feet estimated), equipment insulation removal (750 square feet estimated), lead-based paint removal from metal surfaces (50 square feet estimated), lead-based paint removal from wood surfaces (50 square feet estimated), and mold-contaminated material removal (100 square feet estimated). The contractor must also provide emergency response services with a required 24-hour response time for emergency abatement calls and labor support for removal of miscellaneous items unrelated to ACM abatement. A trip charge applies as a minimum charge for each removal call, with all pricing submitted on a unit rate basis.

Bidders must provide unit pricing for each line item including per-square-foot rates for material removal, per-linear-foot rates for pipe insulation removal, per-hour rates for labor charges and emergency calls, and a per-call rate for emergency abatement mobilization. The quantities listed represent estimates only based on services performed during prior years and are used solely to identify the lowest responsible bidder for contract award purposes. All line items must be completed with no exceptions, and bidders must submit a total bid amount on the associated Exhibit A form. The contractor's company name and business information must be included with the bid submission.
