About this file

This is a proposal scoring sheet for the City of Dallas Office of Housing and Community Empowerment's Youth Homeless and Housing Services Program, funded by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). Eligible services include case management, emergency shelter, street outreach, and transitional living. The successful applicant will execute a subrecipient agreement for a term not to exceed twelve months, with funding subject to availability from TDHCA.
