This document is Addendum #3 for a bid issued by the Port Authority of NY & NJ for a Two (2) Year Requirements Contract for the Rental of Mechanical Street Sweepers, Bid #6000002934. The bid has been extended to August 12, 2025, with submissions due no later than 11:00 AM ET via Bonfire. The contract involves renting mechanical street sweepers, with the estimated quantity of monthly rentals adjusted from 200 to 240 for the two-year term. A key detail is that the current Stewart Amos Starfire S-4 Sweeper is used between 10-12 hours per day. The Port Authority will manage basic maintenance for units rented over 30 days, including tire pressure, fluid checks, and replacement of consumable parts worn during daily operations. Potential bidders are instructed to initial this addendum and include it with their bid submission, with questions directed to Cooper Zablocki at czablocki@panynj.gov or (212) 435-4639.
