About this file
This document is an Addendum #1 issued by The Port Authority of NY & NJ's Procurement Department for Bid #6000002934, a two-year requirements contract for the rental of mechanical street sweepers. The addendum, dated 7/30/2025, modifies the original solicitation and is due on 8/4/2025 by 11:00 AM ET via Bonfire. The procurement seeks an estimated quantity of 10 Stewart Amos Starfire S-4 Mechanical Street Sweeper Trucks or approved equivalents. The vendor will be required to replace the existing fleet of mechanical street sweepers immediately upon contract award.
The addendum includes two key questions and answers: first, a request for exact sweeper specifications (which refers back to the modification section), and second, confirmation that the vendor must be prepared to replace the existing fleet immediately after contract award. The Port Authority explicitly disclaims any warranties or guarantees about the information provided and emphasizes that bidders should not rely solely on the details in the addendum. Potential bidders are instructed to initial the document and attach it to their bid submission, with questions directed to Cooper Zablocki at czablocki@panynj.gov or (212) 435-4639.
