About this file
This document is an Addendum #3 to a Request for Proposals (RFP# 6000002611) issued by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for Expert Professional Program Management and Design Build Support Services. The RFP is soliciting proposals for a four-year term of task order-based services, with proposals due by 2:00 P.M. on February 14, 2025. The addendum specifically replaces Section IV of the original RFP, detailing new proposer requirements for firms seeking to be considered for the contract.
The addendum outlines two primary qualification categories - Program Management and Design Build - with specific requirements for each. Firms must demonstrate a minimum of two projects showing three years of experience within the past seven years, provide qualified support staff, and submit at least two proposed staff members who meet specific educational and professional experience criteria. Staff must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical field and have a minimum of five years' experience in project development and delivery. The document emphasizes that meeting these requirements does not guarantee selection, and firms not meeting the requirements will not be considered for the contract.
