About this file

This is an addendum to a Request for Quotation (RFQt 26-0158) issued by the City of Fort Worth, Texas, for stationary compactor maintenance and repair services for the Environmental Services Department on an as-needed basis. The addendum was issued on April 1, 2026, with an unchanged bid opening date of April 3, 2026. The original RFQt was issued on March 2, 2026.

The addendum modifies the evaluation criteria for the bid by excluding Bid Table (BT-05HZ) line items 1-7 for conveyor belt replacement from the lowest cost calculations. Bidders who have not yet submitted their bids may enter a cost of zero ($0.00) for these line items. All other terms and conditions of the original RFQt remain unchanged.
