About this file

This document is a pre-bid meeting presentation for a Jet A Fuel Request for Bid (RFB) issued by the Dallas Police Department's Office of Procurement Services. The solicitation (BD25-00028772) seeks to establish a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement for Jet A Fuel without prist, to be ordered on an as-needed basis. The pre-bid meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM CDT, with questions due by 2:00 PM on September 26, 2025, and bid submissions due by 1:00 PM on October 10, 2025.

The procurement process includes reviews by the Office of Risk Management and the Office of Business Development (OBD), with a local preference program that allows local firms to be considered for award if their bid is within 3% of the lowest bid for contracts over $500,000 or 5% for contracts under $500,000. All submissions and communications will be processed through the Euna Procurement Portal (formerly Bonfire), with potential suppliers required to maintain updated profile information. The evaluation will focus on selecting the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with the ultimate contract award subject to City Council approval.
