About this file

This is a Texas Family Code Form related to the El Paso County Community College District's RFP #26-004 for district-wide catering services. The form appears to be a standard state compliance document used in Texas for contract opportunities. The District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide catering services for events and functions held on District property. The form establishes the legal and regulatory framework governing the procurement process and sets forth requirements that prospective vendors must meet to participate in the bidding process.

The document contains certification language and attestations required under Texas Family Code, likely addressing vendor eligibility, compliance obligations, and representations regarding business practices. This form serves as a standardized tool to ensure all bidders meet state-mandated requirements before their proposals can be considered for award. Vendors responding to RFP #26-004 must complete and submit this form along with their catering service proposals to demonstrate compliance with Texas state law and District procurement policies.
