All deliveries must be palletized and wrapped, with non-frozen perishable foods maintained at 34-40 degrees Fahrenheit and frozen foods at 0 degrees Fahrenheit or below. The facility reserves the right to adjust quantities with one week's notice and will reject deliveries that do not meet specifications or deviate from scheduled dates. Performance deviations will be documented and considered in future award decisions. Vendors should contact the Food Service Warehouse at 352-689-3050/3052/3165/3051/3056 with questions and direct contractual inquiries to Angel Metcalf at ametcalf@bop.gov.
