About this file
This amendment to a solicitation for rideshare and ride-hail passenger services for federal employees extends the proposal submission deadline to December 4, 2019. It incorporates FAR clause 52.217-8 allowing for extension of services and amends the past performance volume to require three references. If awarded, multiple blanket purchase agreements will be established with the small business goal of reserving three agreements for eligible small businesses. The North American Industry Classification code is 561599 for other travel arrangement services and the small business size standard is $22 million. This requirement is for governmentwide procurement of rideshare and ride-hail services to support federal employee travel in performance of official duties. The intent is to make blanket purchase agreement awards in December 2019 or January 2020, each with a five year ordering period.
