About this file
This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) issued by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) for on-site auction and marshalling services. The agreement is a single-award BPA established under FAR 13.303, with a 12-month base period running from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, followed by four optional 12-month renewal periods extending through May 31, 2030. The supplier name is listed as "TBD," and the performance location is also to be determined. GSA Contracting Officers are the authorized users to place orders under this agreement. The maximum dollar amount for any single purchase is capped at $1,500,000, with pricing established in an attached Schedule of Services dated February 26, 2026.
Orders may be placed telephonically, in person, or via government order forms (SF1449, OF347, GSA300), and must include the BPA number, order number, order date, specific line items and quantities, and established unit and total prices. Invoicing must occur at minimum monthly, with all invoices submitted to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for approval prior to submission to the GSA Finance Office through the Department of Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform. Payment is by Electronic Funds Transfer. Price adjustments occur automatically at each option period exercise based on a fixed escalation rate agreed upon at award, with additional adjustments for Vehicle Movement CLINs available by contractor request and CO approval, evaluated against fuel prices, Producer Price Index data, and transportation industry labor costs. The agreement includes mandatory Service Contract Reporting for estimated values of $500,000 or greater and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) evaluation requirements. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice, though existing orders continue to completion.
