About this file
This is a Vendor Response Document template for GSA Solicitation 47QMCA26R0031, which establishes a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Fleet Lease Vehicle Marshalling Services in Flagstaff, Arizona. Contractors responding to this solicitation must complete this form to provide essential business information including company details, authorized negotiators, key personnel for Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) correspondence, and remittance addresses. The document requires vendors to confirm SAM registration status and current representations and certifications, with FAR 52.212-3 attached if certifications are not current.
The template mandates that vendors detail their place of performance with facility specifications and hours for vehicle delivery acceptance. Facilities must meet specific requirements including secure parking areas with unauthorized access prevention, adequate space for receiving vehicles on transport carriers, hard-surface parking (paved or crushed stone), permanent restrooms with running water, ADA compliance, secured storage for license plates and government property, dedicated workspace for the COR with internet access, and mobile connectivity throughout the facility for Government devices. Additionally, vendors must confirm vehicular and general public liability insurance coverage with minimum thresholds of $500,000 bodily injury per person and occurrence, $50,000 property damage per accident, and $300,000 aggregate, along with workers' compensation coverage. The document also requests vehicle marshalling and storage capacity information, making this primarily an administrative intake form rather than a substantive scope of work template.
