About this file

This document is a Vendor Response form for a GSA Fleet Lease Vehicle Auction & Marshalling Services Request for Information (RFI) for Guam. The RFI seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive vehicle auction and marshalling services, with the contract period spanning from April 1, 2026 to March 30, 2027. Key service requirements include performing full vehicle inspections, creating high-definition imagery, developing marketing campaigns, managing electronic vehicle inventories, conducting bidder management, and providing end-to-end customer support for vehicle sales.

The vendor must own or legally lease a facility meeting specific requirements, including secure parking areas, sufficient space for vehicle delivery, permanent restrooms, internet access, and storage areas for government-related equipment. The facility must support various auction types, including drive-through sales, and have capabilities for handling diverse vehicle types such as law enforcement vehicles, buses, ambulances, trucks, and zero-emission vehicles (battery electric, plug-in hybrid, and fuel cell vehicles). The goal is to maximize public participation and net proceeds from vehicle dispositions through strategic marketing and comprehensive sales support services.
