About this file

This PowerPoint presentation details the GSA's Wheelchair Accessible Light Vehicles Open Season Industry Day for fiscal year 2026. The solicitation (47QMCA24R0034) outlines a comprehensive process for vehicle suppliers to update pricing, propose new models, and submit specifications for wheelchair-accessible vehicles through the GSAFleet.gov platform. Key dates include a vendor pre-bid period from August 11-September 11, 2025, with two Open Season rounds scheduled for October 1-31 and December 1-15, 2025, and ordering to open in February 2026.

The process allows existing contractors to update pricing and specifications for current line items, propose new models, and add new makes/models through an automated online system. New offerors can submit full proposals for review, with vehicles subject to federal standards and compliance with ADA Title 36 requirements. Suppliers must complete system access forms, maintain active SAM.gov registration, and can enter bid data directly in GSAFleet.gov, with the ability to import previous contract line data. The program is managed by the GSA Office of Fleet Management Center for Vehicle Acquisition, with key contacts including Leonard Fedoruk, Eric VanderVeen, and Sharon Hamer.

About GSAFleet.gov GSAFleet.gov will be used by suppliers for all bid/proposal contract administration activities Bid Management (formerly AutoBid) Contract Management Order Management including weekly status reports Reports (Bid and Contract) Vendor Updates for awarded contract lines Colors Photos and Documents Allocation

GSAFleet.gov System Access New Vendors:

No action New users can be added by company vendor manager No need to contact GSA

GSAFleet.gov Bid Management Bid Management enables Vehicle Suppliers to offer products in response to a GSA Fleet issued solicitation.

Bid Management allows Vehicle Suppliers to identify how their products will adhere to, or satisfy, GSA Fleet Federal Vehicle Standards.

Bid Management Changes GSA will no longer provide Vehicle Suppliers a bid template; instead, Vehicle Suppliers will now create bid within GSAFleet.gov Ability to copy data from one line item to another Ability to provide clarifications at the line item, equipment code and engine and fuel level Enter technical exceptions within the system Vehicle suppliers who have awarded GSAFleet.gov contract lines or previously participated in a GSAFleet.gov bid period have the ability to import prior bid and contract line data as a starting point for a new bid submission.

In cases where there is a previous bid and contract line - only the contract line will be available for import.

All data will be imported from the awarded contract line except the Unit Price, minimizing the amount of data entry required

Open Season Bids Enter bid data for any awarded line items you wish to keep as is Example: Currently awarded 2025 Ford SIN 410 with no changes still must have bid data entered

Enter bid data for all line items you wish to propose New Model Years New Makes/Models

Note: Download Contracting Pricing Report from the Run Reports menu in GSAFleet.gov

Vendor Company Profile Vehicle supplier vendor company profiles are fully self-managed in GSAFleet.gov. This includes:
