If this requirement remains in the SOW, we expect contractors to price accordingly. Even with these extended hours there may be occasions where deliveries are made outside of this timeframe which is why there are instructions in the SOW for those circumstances. 2.2, Sales Preparation Services - Optional Service Is this for the Auction House?
Sales preparation services is an optional service that can be performed at traditional Auction service locations, However, non-traditional auction locations can also be awarded to perform these services without being required to perform 2.3 Administrative Vehicle Sales Services or 2.4 In-Lane Vehicle Sales Support
97 SOW
2.2, Sales Preparation Services - Optional Service
If I am reading it correctly Sale Preparation Services are optional for a contractor providing marshaling services, however it doesn't appear that Sale preparation services can be offered without also providing marshaling services. Am I correct in my interpretation?
Respectfully, I believe the two services are totally different and separate from each other and perhaps the government might be better served if treated as such under two separate contracts.
There are distinct advantages to combining Marshalling and Sales Services for GSA Fleet and it's customers. Reducing the number of contracts, task orders and minimizing transporation of used vehicles by turning them in at the Sales location.

2.2.6, Digital Imagery 2.2.7, Condition Reporting Appendix C, Electronic Condition Report (ECR) Requirements
