About this file

This document provides details for the 2022 AutoStandards Process and related federal contract opportunity for light vehicles. The General Services Administration (GSA) will develop technical requirements for sedans, passenger wagons, cargo and passenger vans, and sport utility vehicles through the AutoStandards application from April 29 to May 17, 2021. Interested parties must request AutoStandards accounts by May 3 and identify additional vehicle models for consideration. GSA will hold a pre-solicitation conference on April 29 to review the process. Once requirements are finalized, GSA will issue a solicitation in summer 2021 for an estimated 50,000 non-tactical vehicles per year. Prospective offerors must submit technical data through AutoStandards to propose models for the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with a 60-month period of performance.
