About this file

This file is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) template for accessing the electronic Reading Room (eRR) related to the Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Transport (C2IRS-T) acquisition for U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The NDA is between GSA Assisted Acquisition Services and potential contractors who need access to confidential information for proposal preparation purposes.

The NDA outlines restrictions on the disclosure and use of confidential information, including contractor bid/proposal information, source selection information, trade secrets, and other sensitive government data. Contractors must maintain signed NDAs for all employees, subcontractors, and consultants accessing the eRR, provide a list of authorized individuals, and use the information solely for responding to the C2IRS-T acquisition. The agreement references penalties for unauthorized disclosure and includes provisions related to organizational conflicts of interest under 48 CFR 9.5.

WHEREAS, GSA AAS desires to receive (insert contractor name)’s competitive proposal and, therefore, must grant access to the Confidential Information;

WHEREAS, GSA AAS on behalf of the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), desires to protect the confidentiality and use of such Confidential Information;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
