The Government will evaluate these recommended corrections to ensure the same requirement is represented.
5Para 18Synopsis states that submittals must be created in PDF format in portrait orientation with no smaller than 8 point font for charts. Our Risk MGMT Approach was originally created in Excel format. I am able to convert the document to PDF using 8 point font in portrait orientation; however, the document text itself is sideways. I have attached an example of what the page looks like upon completion to include margin adjustments. Would this qualify as acceptable per the RFP parameters? All formatting requirements for Volume 1 are entirely stated in the RFP letter at paragraph 18. a. i.

Stated formatting requirements refer to page orientation and do not specify orientation of text. Proposal must however remain readable.

6n/aI am requesting bid # 47QFNA24R0005 be set aside for only SDVOSB companies.
Please let me know if Multiple Award IDIQ for PM-PI (Brand Name equipment) can be modified, thanks! The IDIQ is a multiple-award set-aside for small business, which includes SDVOSB. Market research, including a RFI posting specific to this requirement, did not indicate significant enough SDVOSB interest to justify a SDVOSB set-aside.

RFQ letters for individual delivery orders may include more specific and/or additional packaging/labeling requirements, as appropriate.

Are offerors required to have IDIQ products on their GSA MAS Schedule, and if so, must those be added prior to award in order to be eligible?Offerors may bid as GSA Schedule, open market or a combination of the both. Can the government please confirm whether these clauses are valid, and if not, remove them?Clauses included in error - will be removed via RFP amendment.

How should we handle the response for those items? If Attachment 3 IDIQ Catalog provided with the RFP contains obsolete items, Offeror may use "Pricing" tab, Column M "Notes" to provide any corrections that may be recommended as part of its proposal. The Government will evaluate these recommended corrections to ensure the same requirement is represented.
