About this file

This document is an excerpt from a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the OPM USA HIRE II project dated 30 September 2025. The PWS details technical requirements for an online assessment platform that must be fully integrated with OPM's USA Staffing® Talent Acquisition System, enabling real-time, bidirectional transfer of applicant, position, and assessment data. The system will support a comprehensive assessment interconnection framework that includes sending applicant information, managing applicant testing, transmitting applicant scores, providing status updates, and maintaining an Assessment Battery Schema Site with detailed information about assessment batteries.

Key technical specifications include the ability to send unique testing links to applicants, offer score reuse options, transmit composite or component assessment scores, provide applicant status updates, and support feedback reporting for specific assessment batteries. The contractor must ensure seamless data exchange between USA Hire and USA Staffing®, covering applicant details like USAJOBS® Globally Unique Identifier, vacancy information, assessment dates, and accommodation status. The system will also enable USA Staffing to manage agency customer access to assessment batteries through its interface, with the contractor maintaining a continuously available schema site containing comprehensive battery information.
