About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) questionnaire from GSA Assisted Acquisition Services seeking information from potential vendors for the OUSD Strategic Thinkers Program. The questionnaire requests detailed corporate information including company name, UEI number, CAGE code, small business status under NAICS 611310, and formal accreditations/certifications.
The questionnaire focuses heavily on vendors' capabilities to provide academic instruction in military history and strategic thinking, specifically requesting information about prior corporate experience within the last 5 years. Key requirements include having staff with PhD-level qualifications in War History, 15-20 years teaching experience, full tenured professor status, and battlefield advisory experience. Vendors must demonstrate ability to operate within 50 miles of the Pentagon, provide curriculum examples, and show experience in conducting battlefield staff rides and war gaming exercises. The questionnaire also asks about vendors' capacity to support the requirement in terms of FTEs, potential subcontracting needs, and class application timelines.
