SectionParagraph NumberPage NumberQuestion/CommentGovernment Response
M5.5 / C.4.1
Transition - InGeneral QuestionHow will the incumbent address transition-in?The transition-in approach should align with the requirements in Sections C.4.1 and L.12.9 as it relates to planned activities during the base period under the new MBSIBA contract.
General QuestionGeneral QuestionWould Ginnie Mae allow for co-priming on this response, requiring one co-prime to be a bank (with qualifications noted in the RFP) and the co-prime to be a non-bank, each with privity of contract with the Government? After careful consideration, 'co-priming' as described will not be permitted due to the potential complications and inefficiencies in a dual prime format.
