SF1449 with pricing on page 3; signed Amendments; GSA 527
– Contractors Qualifications and Financial Information with financial breakdown signed and a breakdown of financial information, No more than 100 pages labeled accordingly in pdf.
Question No. 7: Past Performance qualifications will include prior CPARs ratings of each company, questionnaires, or references. If CPARS are not available (due to active opportunities used as Past Performance), is the Offeror providing a phone number and email for reference contact considered an acceptable substitution?
Past Performance requires CPARs, some of our contracts do not have CPARs will the government consider the PPQ’s as sufficient?
The candidate for the position doesn’t currently work for our company and therefore we would need to provide past performance based on that candidate’s personal past performance and would not have CPARs available, again is PPQs sufficient?
Past Performance requires CPARs, some of our contracts do not have CPARs will the government consider the PPQ’s as sufficient?
The acceptable criteria in the past performance referenced on page 2 of the Technical Evaluation Factors, would not address all the questions if the candidates don’t currently work for our company. Therefore, the past performance is based on the individual performance of the candidate and not on the offeror.
Past Project Narrative Section of the Technical Package, could you please confirm that it is the construction project referenced you are requesting instead of Financial/ Program Management projects? ( found in Technical Evaluation Factors (page 14), Section B.)
Response Answer: Past Performance Evaluation must be filled out and submitted with proposal. If you do not have a CPAR, please submit references with company point of contact and email address.
