RFP Requirement Clarifications
Question 1: Regarding the “Instructions on Submitting Proposals” section on page 68, are we to submit hard copies, USBs, and an emailed electronic copy or only an emailed electronic copy? The guidance in this section is contradictory (see section below).
These instructions are in addition to the instructions listed above. Offerors shall submit an original and two copies of the proposal and an electronic thumb or flash drive, prepared in such format and detail as to enable GSA to make a thorough evaluation thereof and to arrive at a sound determination as to whether or not the offeror can meet the Agency/GSA’s requirements. It is imperative that all information submitted within the proposal is information that is applicable to the overall operation at the Agency’s Cafeteria.
In addition to the above, the Contractor shall submit an electronic copy (PDF format) of the complete proposal package via email only to Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer, Patricia Davis at: patricia.davis@gsa.gov. No hand delivery package will be required due to COVID-19.
