Our Security Office will reach out to each person to obtain their information, so they may conduct a background investigation and once approved, further instructions will be given where and when to obtain the badge. Agencies, such as the FBI, Department of Energy and Justice will require the names, social security numbers and dates of birth along with the HSPD-12 badges for access.
