OPENING REMARKS BEFORE THE TOUR:

1. General Welcome:

Thank you all for coming

Site visit for Team West Buildings will include Building 67,56,810,85,75 and 85A at the Denver Federal Center

2. Introductions:

3. General Instructions:

Participants are required to stay together. You can look as much as you want, BUT any questions need to be put into writing. Questions will need to be submitted via email to Tiffany.Campbell@gsa.gov and

Mire.Whittenburg@gsa.gov. All questions and answers will be included in an

Amendment to be issued next week.

There will be NO other escorted viewing of the space, so if there is something you did not see and feel is vital to providing a proposal, please let us know before we leave the buildings today.

6. Penthouse- Chillers Towers and main supply fans.

4. Penthouse Mechanical room

5. Example of HVU’s located around the dam area

6. Electrical rooms.

8. Chiller room.

9. Cooling towers

11. Generator

This is a representative sampling of the buildings included in this Performance

Work Statement for the Denver Federal Center. If there are other buildings you feel are pertinent, please tell us before we start and we will do our best to accommodate requests.

NO pictures will be allowed to be taken during the tour.

SOLICITATION ADMINISTRATION

Solicitation will result in one award for one year base period and five (4) one-year option periods. Procurement is a firm-fixed price contract for basic services and is also an IDIQ contract for additional services related to the performance work statement.

We anticipate there to be approximately 50 to 75 task orders per base and option periods. The approximate dollar value for task orders is estimated to be $300,000 or more (to be added by amendment).

Solicitation is set aside for 8(a) small businesses only.

EXPECTED START OF SERVICES IS: November 1, 2018

QUESTION DUE DATES: August 9, 2018 2:00 PM MT

PROPOSAL DUE DATES: August 24, 2018 2:00 PM MT

** Please note that we have requested an electronic copy as well as 4 hard copies be provided.

Amendment(s) will be issued that will include (1) Questions and Answers, (2) List of

Attendees to Site Visit and Preproposal Conference and, (3) Any Changes to the

Solicitation will be Referenced. All amendments will be issued over the internet at the

Federal Business Opportunities website located at www.fbo.gov. Check the site regularly up until the Offers due date.

READ THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION AND PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT. I

cannot stress this enough! Even though these documents may look like other templates that GSA has issued before, it is different. It has been tailored to these locations and includes both local and national requirements.
