About this file

This document is a modification (Amendment 0001) to a federal solicitation for Supplemental Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services for the Southeast Texas Zone. The modification provides the Pre-Proposal Conference PowerPoint slides and the conference attendee registration list. The original solicitation, 47PH0824R0013, is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a five-year period to provide A-E services primarily for repair, replacement, and alteration projects in federal office buildings, courthouses, and land ports of entry in the Southeast Texas region. The contract has a $1,000 minimum guarantee for the base year and a $15 million total ceiling over the five-year period. The procurement is unrestricted but will use a cascading method to evaluate small business proposals first. Key selection criteria include quality of design, experience, management, construction management, and knowledge of the geographical area. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM CST on August 12, 2024, and the contract is estimated to be awarded in January 2025.
