PRE‐SYNOPSIS INQUIRIES:

QUESTION GOVERNMENT RESPONSE

What is a Supplemental A‐E Lookup Table?

Where can this document be found?

The A‐E Lookup Table is a form of pricing AE cost associated with a design based on simple, medium or complex design requirements.

This Table will be sent for concurrence to the most qualified firm.

If my firm was unable to attend the pre‐ proposal conference, does that disqualify us from pursuing this solicitation?

No

Can we include CPARs or other forms of Client Reviews in place of PPQs?

Yes

Should we include the following consultants in Key Personnel information: Civil, Structural, Cost Consultant, and Historic Preservation or just in Section C reference these consultants?

Section C would be the appropriate location for consultants not anticipated to engage with GSA on a regular basis.

"In Section E: Provide information on the key personnel who will be directly involved in providing the contract services including education, project experience, ability to work in a team effectively, technical ability and other relevant qualifications." ‐ Where on the SF330, E would you like us to include ability to work in a team effectively and technical ability?

Per the question verbatim, GSA does not see where these requirements are spelled out anywhere int he Synopsis announcement or in the SF330 form, please rephrase and resend the question.
