About this file

This document is an amendment to a request for proposals for an audiovisual upgrade project in a federal courthouse in Dayton, Ohio. The amendment provides responses to four questions from potential offerors. It clarifies that an existing solid wood cap and crown molding are in place in the courtroom and that all electrical items are shown on the ceiling plan. Offerors are responsible for determining any electrical items that need to be moved for access. There are no specific requirements for working with the existing ceiling beyond providing a typical one-year workmanship warranty. The intent of the project is simply to cover an existing gap in the ceiling. The due date for proposals remains March 6, 2020 at 3:00 PM Central Time. The federal agency issuing this RFP is the General Services Administration Public Buildings Service Region 5 for an audiovisual upgrade at the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in Dayton.
