Will there be any plans provided with the project prior to submittal

Drawings are available in .pdf format. Drawings are to be encrypted. Will be provided via amendment 0002.

In some places it says we can use Primavera or Microsoft Project, but in amendment 1 it only states MP. Can we submit the pre-bid schedule in primavera

Primavera is fine also.

3 In the Technical proposal portion (section II.D), experience or similar projects in one place is states at least (2) similar project. And in past performance it states (3) three. Can you please explain if we need to submit two or three?

Previous experience on 3 similar projects preferred, 2 is acceptable.

In the same section is states a GC Reference form. Is there a particular form, or can we use our own form.

Prospective bidders can use their own form.

5 As we understand, there will be a engineering report/analysis regarding the damage and repair which will need to be submitted prior to the work beginning - we’ve read it in the scope of work, but can you please confirm this is the case as our group has had internal discussion regarding the timing and would like clarification.

The structural engineering report/analysis shall be submitted prior to the work beginning. The intent of this report is to validate and/or reconfirm initial visual findings as stated in the DB SOW and arrive at probable causative factors based on an in-depth structural engineering analysis as to the cause of the damage.
