- Experience on Similar Projects

AM0002 Questions 47PE0321R0001 Miami R&A

1/26/20

The Government has revised the $5 million dollar threshold to $4 million. The Government will not consider a $3 million dollar threshold.

Yes, as long as all of the required characteristics are met.

Yes, as long as it is identified in their resume.

TTV Response: See A102 near the elevators for elevation placement. The elevation view is in a 1-story section of the lobby. The glazing shaded in a light grey represents the existing 2-story storefront beyond that is to receive new blast mitigation window film. Refer to plan drawing sheets for additional information as window film locations are clearly indicated in the full drawing set.

TTV Response: All shaded window panes to receive window film. However, not all of the window films are to be blast mitigation window film. Refer to plan drawing sheets, enalarged plans 3D Views, etc. for additional information as window film locations are clearly indicated in the full drawing set.

TTV Response: There is no perforated section in the ballistic glazing. The pattern of circles is a graphic representation of the window film and is only meant to show its extent/placement on the ballistic glazing.

On page A402, section 1 (screening station elevation -front), it calls for window film on all ballistic glazing TYP, but it points to the perforated section of the glass as well. Is this included in the scope or does this refer to the window panes above this? (See diagram below)

On page A411, section 3 (New unsecured lobby -south), we need to verify that this is an elevation of the first floor. Not able to cross reference this with any of the overall floor plans. The set of windows in the elevations seem to get cut off in the middle of this image: (See diagram below)

We noticed that on the elevations there are shaded in windows with specifics stating that they will receive blast mitigation window film. Will this be consistent with all of the shaded in window panes of this color on other elevations that are not labeled? (See diagram below) 21 Page 3 of 4
