AMENDMENT #2 Questions and Answers

Solicitation #47PE0319R0002 Huntsville Bridging Design

This amendment contains the following: Q & A, Pre-proposal Agenda and the Sign-

In Sheet.

3 QUESTION: The western side of the site appears to be in the flood zone.

Could you clarify?

3 GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE: There is a small portion of the site located in the 500 year flood plain. This area is in the south west most corner of the site and is planned to be infilled by the City of Huntsville. This area of the site however will not impacted by construction of the new courthouse.

4. QUESTION: If we are submitting a design team – would we submit 3 pages for each designer – or 3 pages for the collective profiles?

4 GOVERNMENT’S RESPONSE: We assume this question is in reference to the evaluation factor "Lead Designer Profile." A maximum of three (3) pages for each Lead Designer can be submitted.
