RE: RFI Responses
1. The CBP SOW states "GSA will review the need for a 4 inch raised platform to set both the LAN and DVR rack above the floor level, in the event of the basement flooding." GSA will require the installation of a 4" Concrete poured pad for the LAN & DVR Rack's to sit on.
2. The CBP SOW does not specify the height of the fence that is being installed in the LAN room. GSA confirmed with CBP that the fence is to be installed up to the lowest pipe in the room, which is 92 inched above the floor.
3. The current CBP floor plan sketch has the outside condensing unit being installed on the exterior wall on the North side of the building. This has changed. The exterior condensing unit is to be installed on the outside wall of the building on the West side of the building, adjacent to the mechanical room door. This adds and additional 25 feet from the original location to the new location. Exact placement to be field verified with GSA upon installation.
4. The current CBP SOW also asks for the installation of 2 exterior bollards to protect the exterior Condensing units. With the new location of the condensing unit, these bollards are no longer required and should be removed from the scope.
