Amendment 0001

Question # Reference Question Government's Response

The Solicitation

SOW - The contractor shall automatically (i.e., without a separate request or order from the Government) deliver the appropriate fuel to each location in order to maintain a minimum of 35% of the tank(s) capacity at all times at each location. The sole exception is the Cargo Building propane tank at Highgate Springs, Vermont, which shall be maintained at a minimum level of 45%.

We cannot agree to the tank percentages as listed. We will agree to keep tanks at 20%. Is this acceptable?

Fule/Propane levels shall be maintained in accordance with the minimum levels as stated in the

SOW.

SOW - In addition, prior to anticipated severe weather and ice storms, at the Government’s request, the contractor shall fill the tank to 100% capacity levels.

Tanks are not filled to 100% capacity but rather 80% is the industry safety standard. This would need to read…..the contract shall fill the tank to 80% capacity levels. Is this acceptable?

The SOW Section 1 is amended to state that the Contractor shall fill the tank to 80% capacity levels.

Proof of Delivery- The Contractor shall provide a metered delivery ticket, via email, to wendy.thompson@gsa.gov within two (2) business days upon receipt from the supplier.

As you are aware, based on the delivery circumstances, the driver may need to make a non-iPad delivery or there could be a system issue or delay in processing the delivery in our system so there is no guarantee that delivery tickets will be sent to Wendy within (2) business days. Can the (2) day delivery ticket requirement be removed?

The SOW Section 2.1 is amended to allow four (4) days to provide the required delivery ticket.

Proof of delivery is needed due to the remote locations.

Proof of Delivery- The delivery ticket shall include the following information:

• Date of delivery;

• Total gallons delivered;

• Price per gallon. The ticket shall clearly indicate each of the following prices o Index Rate o Contractor Margin o Total Unit Price

Our delivery tickets will not include any pricing information so the last bullet point should be deleted. Is this accepted?

The delivery ticket shall at a minimum include the following: the date of delivery and total gallons delivered. The following items shall be included with required monthly reports: Price per gallon.

The invoice shall clearly indicate each of the following and note the date of delivery and number of gallons delivered:

o Index Rate o Contractor Margin o Total Unit Price
