Exhibit 6: Snow/Ice Services Pricing Boston, MA BASE PRICE. The annual Base Price for snow services as identified on the award document (e.g., SF-1449, SF-33, etc.) is expressed as a recurring monthly charge for ease of funding and billing. To determine the annual Base Price, Contractors shall price an estimated annual quantity of 36 Inches of snowfall to be plowed, sanded and removed. This estimated annual quantity of snowfall represents an amount 20% less than the historical annual average snowfall for the geographic area of the contract as determined by the following website: [http://www.noaa.gov/]. The annual Base Price of this work shall then be divided by 12 months to arrive at the monthly contract price.
The annual Base Price for each contract year is guaranteed for that year of the contract. The Contractor shall perform continuous snow services on an as needed basis but shall not exceed the annual Base Price per location. Contractor’s that proceed past available funding are on notice that they do so at their own risk and may not be reimbursed. The Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing when the actual snowfall reaches 80% of the historical annual average as stated above. Additional funds to continue snow services may be allotted as necessary by the Contracting Officer, following confirmation at http://www.noaa.gov/.
