The contractor will be evaluated based on its ability to provide all products/services identified in mailto:Vivian.fields@gsa.gov mailto:Jon.owens@gsa.gov mailto:vivian.fields@gsa.gov
Section 3.0 “Scope” of this RFQ with the proposed prices listed on their GSA Schedule Contract.
FACTOR 2 – Past Performance
Past Performance will be determine through review of the System for Award Management (SAM), as well as, the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information (FAPIIS), Past Performance Information Retrieve System (PPIRS), other data obtained from other sources that are considered accurate and relevant.
FACTOR 3 - Cost / Price
Price Evaluation: The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed-Price Task-Order to a Small Business contractor that can provide the products/services on the basis of: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) resulting from selection of the technically acceptable quote with the lowest evaluated price.
