About this file
This file is a Questions and Answers document for RFQ Number 479034 issued by BSA for DUNE FD-HD PCB Assembly Service, dated 07/21/2026. The document addresses four substantive inquiries from potential offerors regarding solicitation requirements and technical specifications.
Key requirements clarified in the Q&A include: ISO 9001 Certification is mandatory for all offerors; previous experience specifically building cryogenic electronics assemblies is a hard requirement, and lack of such experience results in immediate disqualification regardless of general electronic assembly experience; clean room processing is not required for these PCB assemblies; and Gerber files are not available for review. The original question submission deadline was 07/16/2026, and BSA notes that no further questions are accepted past this date due to time constraints. BSA explicitly states that responses are provided to the best of their understanding based on currently available information.
