About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the 40DHHS-S3214 Pharmacy Benefits Manager procurement by the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services. The Q&A addresses three specific inquiries from a potential vendor (Pam Whelan from Prime Therapeutics) regarding subcontractor disclosure, proprietary information submission, and technical proposal requirements. The first question clarifies that a Vendor Information Response Form has been added to the attachments for subcontractor information. The second question resolves that vendors should submit two technical proposals - a non-redacted confidential version marked in NevadaEpro and a redacted version not marked confidential. The third question confirms that vendors are encouraged to provide their best response and should acknowledge and respond to material sections within the scope and RFP document.
The document provides procedural guidance for bid submission, focusing on technical proposal preparation and confidentiality requirements. While the Q&A itself does not contain detailed pricing or funding information, it supplements the broader procurement process for the Pharmacy Benefits Manager solicitation. The responses indicate a structured approach to bid submission, emphasizing vendor transparency, comprehensive proposal preparation, and clear communication of proprietary or confidential information. The Q&A serves as a clarification mechanism to ensure potential bidders understand the submission requirements and can prepare their proposals accordingly.
