About this file

This document is a Scope of Work (SOW) for Electronic Security Services by Sacramento County, specifically for the OB3 - DCFAS facility located at 3701 Branch Center Drive in Sacramento, California. The project involves adding 27 Ccure doors with necessary equipment, including 13 doors on the north side and 14 doors on the south side. The scope of work includes providing and installing various security components such as electrified hinges, locksets, card readers, door contacts, request-to-exit devices, and two Trove-3 enclosures with multiple electronic access control modules and power supplies. The installation requires certified CCURE 9000 technicians and must be completed during normal business hours.

The project specifications outline detailed requirements for cable labeling, support, and installation, with strict guidelines for maintaining the facility's infrastructure. The contractor is responsible for caulking holes in fire-rated walls, replacing damaged ceiling tiles, and removing all installation-related debris. A final acceptance test will be conducted with County Electronic Security Services personnel, and the project includes a minimum one-year warranty. Additional contractual requirements include providing performance and payment bonds based on the project's total cost, and compliance with California Labor Code regulations, including registration with the Department of Industrial Relations and adherence to prevailing wage determinations.
