SUBJECT: Addendum 2 to Invitation for Bids 40442 – Burrell Lock Rehabilitation
The following clarifications/changes are provided for your information. Please make all appropriate changes to your solicitation documents.
Question: What is the proper procedure for relaying documents and details to potential subcontractors?
Would they also need to sign and submit the NDA directly to you to be provided the exhibits pertaining to this project?
Answer: Yes, if you will be sharing the protected information with a subcontractor, then they should also complete an NDA. That way we make sure everyone who has access to the records knows that they need to protect their confidential nature.
Please acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the Bid Form provided in the bid package.
